Statutory Withdrawal Information
Important: This is NOT the “Cancel Renewal” function.
If you only want to stop your next automatic renewal, use Cancel Renewal in the Admin Panel instead. This keeps your current paid access until the end of the paid term and stops the next automatic renewal.
Statutory withdrawal is different. If you exercise a valid statutory withdrawal right, the eligible current contract will end and your access under that contract will be terminated.
About these rights
Certain consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel an eligible distance contract within a specified period.
These rights apply only where the law applicable to your purchase provides them. This page does not create an additional contractual refund or cancellation right for customers or purchases outside the scope of those laws.
In particular, these rights generally apply to consumers rather than purchases made by companies or other legal entities for business purposes.
The Company's general refund and cancellation policy is set out in the Terms of Use.
EU/EEA and UK consumers
Where the statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies to an eligible distance contract for a Service, the period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract.
You do not have to give a reason for withdrawing.
It is sufficient for you to exercise the right before the applicable withdrawal period expires. Cyprus law gives consumers 14 days for eligible distance contracts and treats the notice as timely when it is sent before expiry of the period.
How to withdraw
If a statutory withdrawal right applies to your purchase, you may exercise it in any of the following ways:
Online through your Larsson Line Pro Admin Panel
During the applicable statutory withdrawal period, where the online withdrawal function applies to your purchase, select:
Withdraw from contract
on the relevant Service card in your Admin Panel, review the information and select Confirm withdrawal.
After you submit the withdrawal, we will send you electronic confirmation of receipt.
By email
Send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract to:
Please include enough information for us to identify you and the relevant purchase, preferably your name, account/order email and the Service concerned.
You do not need to use any particular wording.
By post
You may also send your withdrawal statement to:

Model withdrawal form
You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but use of the form is not mandatory.
Cyprus law expressly permits either the statutory model form or any other clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw.
Online withdrawal function
For eligible online contracts where applicable law requires an online withdrawal function, the function is available through the Larsson Line Pro Admin Panel while the applicable statutory withdrawal period remains open.
The function asks you to provide or confirm:
- your name;
- information identifying the contract from which you wish to withdraw; and
- the electronic contact details to which the confirmation should be sent.
After you confirm the withdrawal, we will send you an electronic acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay, including the content of your withdrawal and its date and time of submission.
These fields and the confirmation process correspond directly to the requirements now contained in Cyprus Consumer Protection Law for online withdrawal functions.
Immediate access
You may request immediate access to Larsson Line Pro when purchasing the Service.
Where an applicable statutory withdrawal right exists, requesting immediate access does not by itself waive that right.
If you validly exercise the statutory withdrawal right within the applicable period, access supplied under the withdrawn contract will be terminated.
For Larsson Line Pro, the Company's current policy is to refund the full amount paid when a valid statutory withdrawal applies rather than deduct a proportionate charge for Service supplied before withdrawal.
This does not create a refund right where no statutory withdrawal right applies.
Refund following a valid withdrawal
Where you validly exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right, we will refund the payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and, where the EU/Cyprus statutory rules apply, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged a fee by us for the refund.
Cyprus law requires reimbursement within 14 days and, subject to express agreement otherwise, using the original means of payment without imposing refund costs on the consumer.
Other consumer rights
Statutory withdrawal is separate from your legal rights if digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract, or if another mandatory consumer remedy applies.
Nothing on this page or in the Terms of Use limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Model Withdrawal Form
Use of this form is optional. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from an eligible contract. The easier way is to use the online Admin Panel, as explained above.
