Winding Down these Features

LK Technology Frontier Ltd is winding down legacy member-generated functionality in Larsson Line Pro. These features are not available to new sign-ups. While legacy member content remains hosted for existing users, this page provides our DSA contact points and electronic route for notices of alleged illegal content.

The Terms of Use contain the rules that continue to apply to legacy user content while it remains available.

Illegal-content notices

If you believe that any specific content hosted by us is illegal under applicable law, notify us by email at info@ctolarsson.com.

Please include:

a sufficiently detailed explanation of why you believe the content is illegal;
the exact electronic location of the content, such as its URL or other information that allows us to identify it;
your name and email address, except where applicable law permits these details to be omitted; and
confirmation that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete.

You do not need to identify the correct law or use legal terminology. Please provide enough information for us to understand your concern and identify the content concerned.

What happens after an illegal-content notice

Where you provide electronic contact information, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay.
Notices are reviewed by a person. A notice does not automatically cause content to be removed.

We consider the specific content, the information supplied, our Terms of Use and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may leave the content unchanged, remove or restrict it, or take other appropriate action.

Where required, we will inform the person who submitted the notice of our decision and the available options for redress.

If we restrict your content or account

If we remove or restrict content you posted, or restrict your account, because we consider your content to be illegal or contrary to our Terms, we will provide a clear and specific explanation where required by applicable law.

The explanation will identify the action taken, the main facts and circumstances, the relevant legal or Terms ground, any relevant use of automated means, and the available options for redress.

Serious threat to life or safety

If information available to us gives rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we will handle it urgently and notify the relevant law-enforcement or judicial authority as required by applicable law.
